I am a visionary holistic tech shaped marketer with an analytical mindset and a real problem solver. I am really good at UX/UI Design, Marketing Strategy, E-Commerce and Communication - In other words; I have a broad knowledge of doing online business covering a wide range of digital tactics with in-depth knowledge in user needs, selling products, digital commerce and writing promotional messages. I am a born multipotentialite which is a person who has many different interests and creative pursuits in life - which explain why I have knowledge in so many fields without being an expert in any.

ux & ui Design

UX and UI Design are the reason for my success for several E-Commerce companies. You can have the best link building, content, ads and targeting but if the website and landingpage itself is not optimized for the users, you have a lost lead. (I work in Adobe XD)

Marketing

While my work with design is more about understanding the customer with empathy, my marketing is having more focus on hardcore performance to generate leads and sales. Generating the right campaigns, on the right medias, to the right audience, is key. I'm experienced in leading digital marketing teams.

communication

My skills in communication connects my design and marketing to engage the users and force them to take action based on their motivations and needs.

ecommerce

There is only 3 ways to increase sales online; 1) Get more customers. Normally through more traffic and CRO initiatives. 2) Make customers buy more often 3) Increase average order value. I know how to do this and I have done it over and over again!

Fun fact

I am a former professional cyclist from Denmark and where one of the biggest international talents. With 5 national championships and a top 7th place at the World Championships + a top 10 finish at the world ranking for men under 19 in 2004 - I honestly believed I should spend the rest of my life in the Tour de France peleton. A knee injury forced me to stop my sports career and change my dreams. Instead our founded Figata Ciclismo - A company selling designer cycling apparel to 29 different countries in the world.

I have a clear structure & Workflow

I start with business ambitions in terms of business goals and then:
1.  Analyze data.
2. Find and prioritize problems.
3. Define main problems and set milestones.
4. Research and brainstorm solutions.
5. Make strategy & create playbook and roadmap.
6. Create & Design.
8. Test.
9. Launch.
10. Test, observe and ask questions.
12. Report.
13. Optimize.
14. Do this from step 6 again.

My rules to success

I am trying my best to live after a set of rules that I learned during my sports career:

✔️ Always be responsible for your actions.
✔️ Don't take credit for good results. It's about the team.
✔️ Do take responsibility for mistakes made by the team. It's always about the team.
✔️ I listen before I speak to have the perspective to speak from.
✔️ I'm aware that people who doesn't speak a lot might just be the most important thinkers.
✔️ I have a winning mentality, really! I live to compete and I compete to win.
✔️ Always help other team members if needed.
✔️ Nobody have the answer to everything but. Therefore nobody should act like it.
✔️ Be ambitious and disciplined.
✔️ Be aware of the competition. Stay 110% focused on your own part.
✔️ Have Ego but be humble.
✔️ Win by the end is what matters in both business and sports.
